Structor Group’s principals, Mike Schilling and Jeff Stratton, have completed over 2 million square feet of Education, Healthcare and Commercial Office renovations in North Georgia throughout the past ten years.  Over the past 35 years, Director of New Construction, Terry Stratton, has completed in excess of $2.5 billion in commercial construction in the Southeastern United States and over $100 million in higher education projects in Georgia and Florida.  Terry was both the owner and CEO of Stratton and Company and then its predecessor ACI.  Both companies were ranked as Top Contractors by ENR Magazine and The Atlanta Business Chronicle.
