Executive Board Member/Advisor, Terry Stratton - with more than 30 years of experience in construction and renovation for airports, educational facilities, high-rise office buildings, condominiums, medical buildings, malls, and strip centers, Terry Stratton provides The Structor Group with astute direction and guidance in managing operations and finance.
Terry has completed over 3 billion in commercial construction over his career throughout the Southeastern United States and in Las Vegas. (This dollar figure is not adjusted to today’s dollars.) Some brief highlights of his long successful career include completion of the following projects: The Northern Kentucky Greater Cincinnati Airport, the Cincinnati Convention Center, The 110 Tower Class A Office building in Ft. Lauderdale, The Northbridge Centre Class A Office Complex in West Palm Beach, The Daytona Beach Airport, many buildings on the Embry Riddle Aeronautical University campus in Daytona Beach and Prescott Arizona, Terminal 1 at Ft. Lauderdale’s International Airport, the new International/Continental Airlines Terminal at George Bush Houston Airport, the Delta Air Lines terminal at Chicago O’Hare, the FedEx Metroplex sort facility at Chicago O’Hare, the Southwest Airlines terminal and concourse at Islip, NY Airport, The US Air Hanger in Indianapolis, The new Northern Arkansas Airport, Mid America Airport, multiple high rise condominium buildings in Florida and Las Vegas, and a few other buildings here or there. Again, we feel there is not a better advisor for us in Atlanta. |

Senior Project Manager, Steve Hoffman - Steve has extensive experience in Commerical Office and Healthcare Construction. Most recently, Steve was Director of Construction for Freese Construction. He was with Freese from 1999 to 2006. He completed major projects for Affiliated Computer Services (125,000sf), Novartis Ophthalmics (100,000sf), Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn, & Dial Law Firm (45,000sf), and many others. He spent most of the last year building out many of the floors at Richmond Partners’ new Medical Office Tower on Northside Hospital’s campus. |

Senior Project Manager, Brian Bollins - Brian has completed numerous commercial office, healthcare, and historic interior renovation projects in his 9 year carreer. First an architect with Warner, Summers Architecture and Interior Design, he soon found his calling as a Construction Project Manager. At Choate Construction he excelled at his position and managed many high profile projects. Some of these key projects included the 63,000sf Smith Barney project at Terminus 100, the 80,000sf Russell Erkstine Building historic renovation in Huntsville, new Fidelity Bank in Newnan, GE Data Center Building addition and renovation, multiple projects for AutoTrader.com, 72 Washington Mutual banks, multiple AIG projects, and many more. |
