	12/1/06: Structor Group Awarded New Project for Emory University Structor Group was recently awarded an exciting new project called the Emory Center for Health Discovery and Well Being. This is the first clinic for a whole new department at Emory University, called Predictive Health. This major initiative for Emory will research and find ways to predict what makes us sick before it happens. This high design clinic space at the Cousins Crawford Long Medical Office Tower was designed by Manuel Zeitlan Architects in Nashville, Tennessee.
	2/12/07: Structor Group hires top Atlanta Senior Project Manager As Structor Group continues to grow, we have been looking to add a top Atlanta project management person. This position was filled recently with Stephen Hoffman. Steve has over ten years of experiece in Commercial Office and Healthcare construction. He comes to Structor Group from Freese Construciton, where he was most recently Director of Interiors. Steve has completed hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial office and healthcare space here in Atlanta, for companies like Affiliated Computer Systems, Northside Hospital, Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial, and many more.
	2/14/07: Structor Group to host golf tournament. The Sixth anniversary of the Hotlanta Classic is coming up and for the second year in a row the principals of Structor Group will be hosts of this tournament that benefits the Carter Martin Foundation and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Last year's two day event raised $35,000 for this great charity. This year's event on June 22 and 23rd will be shooting for raising $50,000! 	2/19/07: Structor going to Terminus Structor Group has been awarded an exciting project at Atlatna's newest office tower, Terminus. This Cousins Properties development will be the premier office building in Atlanta when it is completed. The space Structor will build called Fiderion, will be on the 26th Floor. Design is being completed by Joel Lasseter Design and Heery Interiors. Construction starts in early March and will be completed by June.
	2/22/07 Structor takes on another high deisgn space Structor Group has just started a new project in Atlanta's trendy Inman Park. This project for Super Group will incorporate high tech design. That will include a round central core of the office with the offices on raised platforms. Also, the project will include custom made sliding pocket doors and many other details straight out of a science fiction film. The design on this project was completed by one of Atlanta's hottest firms, ai3. This project is located at the new Inman Alley development and will be directly across the hall from Rathbun's new steak restaurant.
	2/27/07 Structor Group is Moving to a New Office We are excited to tell all of our valued Clients, Specialty Contractors, and Vendors that Structor Group, Inc. is moving to a new office on March 30, 2007. We have out grown our present location and have made a commitment to a longer term lease at the new address below. We are emailing, faxing, and mailing this notice to everyone. Also, in the next week there will be more information about this move on our website at www.structorgroup.com. Our office phone, fax number and cell phone numbers are all staying the same. We really appreciate all of you support in our first year of operations and look forward to many more successful years to come!
	8/1/07: Structor Group starts is first LEED CI project for AQS! Structor Group started its first LEED CI project for Air Quality Sciences (AQS) and Greengaurd. This 40,000sf project will contain the headquarters for AQS as well as the testing laboratories for their Greengaurd project. This is a very unique LEED CI project in that the client is actively involved in the certification of all types of building materials that can be used in LEED products. AQS is the industry leader with their Greenguard certification process and so of course their own offices have to also be LEED certified. This exciting project has come together as the result of the tremendous efforts of AQS, Cushman Wakefield, and RWB Interiors. Now Structor Group will deliver another superior construction renovation.
	11/1/07: Structor Group has been awarded its first of many high end Restaurants! Structor Group will soon begin construction on the Holeman and Finch Public House. This exciting new restaurant and bar will certainly be considered for design awards. Ai3 Design has created intimate and extremely detailed experience. With two 12’high stainless steel and glass modern custom built wine storage units flanking the entrance, every visitor will be in awe of all the other details. This exciting space is another venture for one of Atlanta’s top chefs, Linton Hopkins. During this project Structor will also build a new bakery next door and then eventually renovate Linton’s Restaurant Eugene.
	11/15/07: Structor Group starts construction for one of Atlanta’s top architecture firms at the old downtown Macy’s Building. Structor Group started construction this month on a new office space for Stanley, Beaman, and Sears. The design of the space will reflect the Principals at SBS’s vision that can be seen in their many award winning sleek, modern, unique buildings. This project reunites Jeff Stratton and SBS again. Other successful projects together have included the Emory Winship Cancer Institute Radiation Oncology Center, and the Piedmont Hospital Clinic at Atlantic Station. We are honored to work with them again and are confident we will deliver excellence again.
	12/5/07: Structor Group completing full floor project for Cox Media Atlanta Structor Group continues to complete successful projects for Hines and its top tenants. Cox Media Atlanta construction is under way in the newly purchased Hines 3003 building (previously the HP Building). This unique building consists of many floors that are completely on raised flooring. This full floor with heavy offices and conference rooms, will consist of many high end design details. We are excited about working with Cox and Schneider Wright Design on this project. We hope there will be more to come in the future.
	2/29/08: Structor Group has its quarterly Superintendent Meeting and Lunch The Owner’s of Structor Group feel it is critical to meet quarterly at our office with all our Field Superintendents. This allows our front line to get away from their pressing job site responsibilities for half a day to talk about best practices and openly discuss what is working or not working as we manage an ever growing list of projects. We talked about Safety procedures, jobsite management procedures, LEED procedures, and about how we can all communicate better with our clients.
