Arista Fit & Med Spa
Build-out of 2,897 SF first generation high-end resort spa. The build-out included new electrical and mechanical systems and premium finishes consisting of re-claimed teak floors along with ceramics, stone and bamboo ceilings.
Historic Fuller Calloway Family House
15,000 SF upgrades to the 2nd and 3rd floor Electrical and HVAC systems including removal and replacement of existing electrical wiring, electrical panels and breakers. Also included installation of new fire alarm and sprinkler, emergency power, master lighting control, security and state of the art air sampling systems.
Camp Southern Ground, Dining Hall and Splash Park
Construction of a new 2-story 18,000 SF building to accommodate 650 staff and campers for general assembly and dining activities. The space is outfitted with full commercial-grade high-end kitchen, zinc roof panels, and custom interior finishes. Note: rendering provided by Perkins + Will
Holiday Inn, Social Hub Concept Lobby
The 4,500 SF Holiday Inn Social Hub included a complete new design with many custom millwork details, all new mechanical, plumbing, electrical and lighting. The project was completed in phases, while the hotel remained fully operational.
Krog Street Market
Redevelopment project consisting of the conversion of the Historic 1920’s Stoveworks Factory Warehouse into a marketplace to include an urban farmers market, retail, and restaurants.
MODA – Museum of Design Atlanta
This 10,000 SF interior renovation project provides space for museum exhibitions, new restrooms, offices, classrooms and a technical audiovisual system in all areas. The space achieved LEED Gold Certification and is within a LEED Platinum building.
This 5,700 SF common area included renovations to a gym, bathrooms and office space. The new area features a custom millwork art wall, exposed ceilings, and stained floors as well as upgrades to all electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
Ponce City Market, Market Hall
Construction of 150,000 SF of retail, restaurant, and common space for the main Market Hall. Construction included infrastructure, demising walls, finishes, and MEP systems for this entire area. The project include custom steel, glass, and wood storefront systems which were utilized for tenant demising walls along with the installation of a custom, ornamental spiral staircase.
White Provisions Building C
New Construction of a 5,5000 SF shell building on tight site in downtown Atlanta. The structure is composed of CMU and steel structure with metal bar joists and built up roof system and a specialty custom fabricated steel window system to match an adjacent existing 1940s building.
Winship Vaughn-Jordan Healing Garden at Emory Hospital
Construction of 15,000 SF named garden and fountains constructed between four existing building structures. New paths had to be constructed as floating structural slabs due to a pedestrian tunnel that runs under part of the area. All pumps and equipment were enclosed in a subterranean concrete room accessed by a ladder and hatch to save space to ensure the garden was quiet for patients to relax.
